Provide Community has been awarded a place on the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub – Social Impact Framework, a pre-approved framework designed to support the commissioning of social impact and community-led services.
The framework provides a compliant and accessible route for NHS organisations, part- or fully government-funded bodies, and blue-light services to commission a wide range of services that improve health outcomes, reduce inequalities and support community wellbeing.
Services delivered through the framework will be led primarily by Provide Health, with Provide Community approved to deliver across the following service areas:
- Green Health and Wellbeing Services
- Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Services
- Physical Health and Wellbeing Services
- Supported Living Services
- Mobile Outreach and Community Access Services
- Tobacco Dependence Prevention and Treatment Services
- Weight Management and Obesity Prevention Services
- Respiratory Health Improvement and Prevention Services
Mark Heasman, Group Chief Executive at Provide Community, said: “This framework gives us an important opportunity to work with partners across the NHS and public sector to deliver services that genuinely improve people’s lives. We are looking forward to continuing to collaborate with partners across the region to deliver high-quality, community focused services that support population health and wellbeing, and deliver meaningful and lasting social impact in our local communities.”
Being part of the Social Impact Framework enables organisations across the system to engage quickly with experienced providers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on community impact.
